  1. @bennett1562

not necessarily the aeroplane that’s dangerous: this was a maintenance fuck-up, not a structural fault in the aeroplane itself!

  2. So they fixed the right side but didn’t see the screws on the left missing? It doesn’t look like its very far away! I think everyone there during maintenance was responsible to a point

  3. I don’t buy the Inspector “helping out”. There was no pressure for him to “help” the mechanics, the midnight shift supervisor was easily able to postpone the boot replacement on the left side. Manslaughter charges should have been brought up on the Inspector. Negligence charges for the 2nd shift supervisor. And higher ups in the company should have been brought up on charges as well.

  4. Anderson and the maintenance crew should be in jail for murder and manslaughter. I can’t find any info on what happened to them. Does anyone know ?

  5. Because of this TV show I am studying to become an aircraft mechanic…..

One of the first things they tell us is ONE PART IN…ONE PART OUT! NO EXTRA PARTS, NO MISSING PARTS!!!!!!!

If you get done with you aircraft and find you have a few extra “bolts or nuts” (example) you find where those went…OR ELSE!
